Exchange Policy
– If you receive a wrong product, you may be eligible for an exchange.
– To initiate the exchange process, please send an unboxing video of the incorrect product to our support team at support@ankucollection25.com.
– Our team will review the video and provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
– Please note that exchanges are only possible if the product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

– We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
